· Managing the development of a new working prototypical restaurant. Which includes the evaluation of the form, function and costs of the building, how it operates, as well as how it will effect the guest perceptions. This project includes all aspects of the development process from hypothesis building, design charrette, planning meetings, theory testing, through schematic plans.

Previous managerial duties within operations included dealing with all cost and scheduling analysis, paperwork tracking and organization, as well as, maintain working relationships between all parties involved.
