· Managing construction process from real estate through to operations. Including such duties as site investigation feasibility studies, municipal requirements, contractor evaluations, bidding and contract negotiations, project scheduling, project supervision, operational transitioning, as well as all closeout documentation.

· Managing the development of a new working prototypical restaurant. Which includes the evaluation of the form, function and costs of the building, how it operates, as well as how it will effect the guest perceptions. This project includes all aspects of the development process from hypothesis building, design charrette, planning meetings, theory testing, through schematic plans.

· Projects include Souplantation & Sweet Tomatoes restaurants, Garden Fresh Central Kitchen located in the city of Fullerton as well as the new corporate offices.

Progressed career from operations to marketing and sales within this construction company. Responsible for all aspects of procurement of future projects, including project estimates, scheduling, presentations, as well as customer relationship building. Previous managerial duties within operations included dealing with all cost and scheduling analysis, paperwork tracking and organization, as well as, maintain working relationships between all parties involved. I dealt with over thirty five million dollars worth of projects during my time with Layton in an operations position and over fifteen million dollars in a marketing position.
